Are you Insured? CAn you apply to be a vendor at our company?

Yes, we are an LLC and insured. Let us know and we can fill out the needed paperwork to become an approved vendor at your company.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

We are based in Miami, FL and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your team or event, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS

Bookings can be done through our website’s booking system or by calling or texting the studio at (305) 814-2224.
Due to the amount of bookings and inquiries we have, we require you to pay upfront to secure your date.
If for any reason you decide not to continue with our services we will issue a full refund as long as the cancellation is done 24 hours before your appointment time. We charge a service fee of $175 for late notice cancellations.

CAN I BUY MORE PICTURES?

Yes, at the end of the session, you will be able to select as many photos as you want and will be charged

BACKGROUND COLORS

We our standard backgrounds used for corporate and professional headshots are white, gray and black.
For an enhanced photography experience, we also offer a premium hand-painted backdrop that help us create more classic and vintage looking portraits.

CAN YOU COME TO MY OFFICE?

Yes, we can bring our portable studio to you. There is a $275 travel fee that could be waved if you have 5 or more people at your location.

Can you set up at our Airbnb?

Yes, we can bring our portable studio to you. There is a $350 travel fee that could be waived if you have 5 or more people at your location.
